What does that mean?
It means I work with your business, as a HR Consultant, to create a ‘people strategy’ - a framework to design a clear employee journey so that everyone understands how they fit into the organisations long term goals.
The right framework ensures that the various aspects of people management work together to drive the behaviour and culture to meet performance targets. It focuses on longer-term people issues, matching resources to future needs, and large-scale concerns about structure, quality, culture, values and commitment.
HR is not just about the reactive, transactional elements; the right HR/People Strategy, put simply, ensures your employees are supported, developed and trained to achieve your business objectives.
Organisational design is to ensure that an organisation achieves the 3 people priorities of "right people, right skills, right culture".
I support organisations with their design in relation to designing the structure, the processes, the systems to support them to be more effective and efficient so they can achieve the organisations mission and strategic objectives.
With a person-centered approach I work with organisations to improve how people work together and support them through change, working as a Senior HR Consultant, but embedding myself as an engaged employee.
I strive to provide exceptional human resource services to businesses of all sizes to create a positive and productive work environment for both employers and employees

I am both commercially and technically strong with an entrepreneurial flair and the knowledge and intellect to drive a business forward.
What makes me different is that I have a person-centric approach which enables me to partner with the senior management team to deliver strategy including a first class approach to attraction, retention, development, talent management and reward.
I have experience of SME’s to FTSE 50 companies within a variety of industries.
